1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of MU:note ("Service"), an automatic practice-tracking service operated by MUSU ("we").

2. The Service

Automatic practice-time tracking via microphone sound detection, practice statistics and calendar, reflections, practice reminders, and AI encouragement notes ("a note from MU:note").
Automatic detection is for reference. Depending on the environment, it may differ from your actual practice time, and you can edit parts of your records in the app.

3. Accounts

You can use the Service as a guest. Guest records are also stored on our server for syncing, but they are not linked to an account, so they cannot be accessed or recovered once the app is deleted.
Signing up with Kakao or Apple ties your records to your account, so they can be restored by logging in after reinstalling or changing devices.
You must be 14 or older to sign up.

4. Fees

All features are currently free (beta). If paid features are introduced, we will announce them in advance in the app and on this page, and viewing your already-recorded data (calendar and totals) will remain free.

5. Your responsibilities

Do not use another person's account without permission.
Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (unauthorized access, data tampering, etc.).

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may change features to improve the Service. If the Service must be discontinued, we will give 30 days' notice and provide a period for you to review your records.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service provides practice records and statistics as reference information and does not guarantee the accuracy of automatic detection. During the free period, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
